Shipping & Handling
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $4.99
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $9.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $19.99
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders $50 or more
International Shipping
We ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail International. Rates vary by destination and weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Delivery times: 7-21 business days depending on location.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes for expedited/express orders. Standard shipping to P.O. boxes is available. We ship to all 50 US states and most international locations.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at faeriepoetics@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition. Signed editions and personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
Return Process
- Email faeriepoetics@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging (customer pays return shipping unless item is defective)
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error or defective products.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including original shipping charges.
